As most of you know Joshua is now in LasVegas on a mission for our church.He gets the chance to e mail home once a week on his prep day. We have received letters which made us laugh,cry,and most of all watch his spirit grow!!! He is living in the guest house of Scott Piercy's parents and part of his backyard is a tennis court which they get to play on. Oh, by the way Scott Piercy is a PGA golfer and seems to be pretty good at it.
Well our fussy eater has now given in to eating Mexican,not sure if he has over come his hate for pineapple yet,but has told us that he ate fried grasshoppers and liked them. He is going to try bolute(the egg with the duck still in it) I draw the line for me no way but if the soul is willing and stomach able I say go for it Josh! Loren and Josh would always watch the exotic food shows and did watch the bolute show!
Josh says he has had A COUPLE OF WEIRD EXPERIENCES SO FAR, he said he knocked at a door and the teenage girl who answered yelled to her mother "no Mom it's not th e strippers" he said it caught them off guard and they started giggling so hard they had to leave. Another time someone stopped and threw them (Josh and his companion)a 20 (twenty) dollar bill,they said hey DINNER!!! Not every time was great so far though, he talked of the dogs "ankle biters" nipping at their toes,(by the way they are on bikes) and people throwing things at them like ice and food.
They have a baptism set for next week and working on another which he calls a "golden investigator" so life is getting better for him he asks everyone to say lots of prayers and to send lots of letters"oh and one more thing he is jogging every day but Sunday and loving it!!! so for now I'll end on Josh.


Jared is doing really good ,also he has become a Manager at the Journeys shoe store in the mall he is their youngest Manager in the company thus far. We are very proud of him and his accomplishments on this . Jared will be walking the Graduation walk on April 20th he actually graduated early(in December) and then they have them walk with their class, so another accomplishment in the 2010 year for Jared.


Chelsea has just started Tennis and will have lessons in June,Jackson doesn't have a large Tennis team but that is even better for her ,she is having a little difficulty because she is left handed but will be working on that several nights a week.

Ryan and Wanda are still waiting for the new baby to enter the world any day now!!!! I'm getting impatient!!! And of course, Tenley is just our pride and joy she is a very smart baby and sweet, she loves to tease her mom and call her Dada and then laughs,she says ut oh every time she drops anything or when something falls and of course numa numa is I want food and more food please!We can't wait for the May trip we will make back to Pa. to visit, but until then I'll be writing.
