We decided to make our vacation a two fold one. Pennsylvania first, and then on to N. Carolina to Nags Head ,to the beach. The ride in was long ,16 hrs., and when you have 5 adults packed in a honda, we were feeling like sardines. All and all it went well. We got to visit with all of our immediate family. All the new babies were so sweet,Emma and her chubby cheeks,Sam and his laid back ,very content baby way and I finally got Sage to not cry when I held her, It's all in the way she is held!Abbey and Lilly are such beautiful and sweet little girls we had a lot of Dora and Diago conversations! And it was great to see my whole family! After the Pa. trip we went directly to Nags Head straight to the beach! It was wonderful! We got to spend time with our granddaughter,Tenley. She is a beautiful little girl (baby) but looks like a little girl already. She warmed up to the two bearded men in her life Josh, and grandpa and even went to both of them quite often by the end of our stay. There is something about the water that I long for every year, If I can get to the beach once a year I feel renewed, ready to go again. How is it, that being lazy sitting on the beach and hitting the waves makes one so tired and hungry?I was impressed i've been on weight watchers (losing slowly) and didn't gain on vacation, even with pizza perfect! While on this trip we recieved some sad news Neil, Lorens brother had a heart attack and found out he has cancer so lots of prayers for him!! School will be starting soon and for the next two weeks we will be getting ready. Jared is a senior this year and Chelsea a freshman wow time flies. Until next time....
